Valentine's Day Pasta Making Class - Heart Shaped Ravioli & More

Join us for a special Valentine's Day pasta making class in our Italian Cooking School kitchen - Il Laboratorio/The Cooking Lab by Melina's Fresh Pasta.

All classes are hands-on and we eat what we make! Everyone will make their own pasta dough, fettuccine and ravioli. Tickets are per person.

For this Valentine's Day Class we will have a special decadent pasta menu along with some locally made Salami & Mozzarella, mini Nutella cannoli, a Prosecco tasting and imported espresso from Italy made with the traditional Moka Pot.

Fettuccine - Lemon Cream Sauce with Pesto Breadcrumbs & Stracciatella
Spinach Asiago Ravioli - Tomato & Burrata Sauce with Crispy Prosciutto
Mini Nutella Cannoli - homemade Nutella cannoli cream
Prosecco Tasting
Espresso

All participants receive a Melina’s Fresh Pasta Recipe Book via email after the class with the recipes from the class.

Classes are held at IL LABORATORIO - 3101 Guess Rd, Unit E Durham
(NOT Melina's Fresh Pasta shop).

Cancellation Policy: All classes are non-refundable; however, we can move your registration to a different date if you are unable to make it to the class (must give us 7 days notice). Rescheduling classes for less than 7 days notice only available if we can fill your spot from the waitlist. Please send an email to [email protected].
