Your Guides:
Michelle Morrison is a certified Mindfulness Meditation Teacher who has trained with Jack Kornfield, Tara Brach, and Ven. Thich Nhat Hanh. She has practiced and taught mindfulness and yoga for over 20 years. She is also a mindfulness coach and mentor, and helps individuals turn challenges into opportunities for growth and healing. She facilitates the Free Friday Mindfulness program through LearnMindfulnessNow.com.
Nancy Batterman, Esq. is a certified Mindfulness Meditation Teacher who has taught mindfulness courses at the Albert Einstein College of Medicine, the NYU School of Law, and through the City of New York's Wellness Program. She is co-chair of the City Bar Association’s Mindfulness and Well-Being for Lawyers Committee and has led monthly mindfulness breaks and recorded mindfulness podcasts for the Association. Nancy is a substitute facilitator for Michelle Morrison's Free Friday Mindfulness program.
