Valentines Day Hands on: The Art of the Salumi & Formaggi Board

What better way to begin a Valentines or Galantines evening then with Italian cheese & salumi platter to begin? We invite you to join us in this entertaining hands-on class, learning how to create your own perfect salumi & formaggi platter that is sure to delight your loved ones.

Our class will be taught by our Brand Ambassador who will lead you through building your own platter with Eataly's most delicious cheeses and salumi, paired with just the right condiments and a glass of prosecco! You will leave with your hand-made salumi & formaggi board to enjoy at home.

During the class, you'll enjoy a glass of prosecco as you create your own salumi & formaggi board featuring three cheeses and three salumi from our Salumi & Formaggi counter, condiments to pair with the meats and cheeses, and a disposable platter with lid. We encourage you to taste the products as you make your own platter!

We are offering this class at two different rates. You can either build your own salumi & formaggi platter by yourself for $75.00 or you can grab a partner and build one platter together for $100.00. The platters will be the same size for either 1 or 2 people. Please choose the class that best suits you.

Additional Information:
• Seating is guaranteed but is first-come, first-served. You may be standing during some or all of this class as you build your board.
• Duration is approximate and may vary by 10-15 minutes.
• All guests planning to consume alcohol must be able to produce valid government-issued identification to prove they are 21 or older.
• Class is a hands-on experience during which guests build their own salumi & formaggi board to take enjoy at home
• Please make us aware of any dietry restrictions. We cannot guarentee these can be accomodated without prior notice.
• Pricing is inclusive of service and exclusive of Chicago sales tax.

Payment, refund and cancellation policies

Payment in full is required at the time of registration and all sales are final. No refunds are offered on classes and events due to limited space in our schools. For groups of 5-10 guests, a minimum of 7 days' notice is required to receive a credit in the form of a coupon for a future class or event. For groups of up to 4 guests, a minimum of 48 hours' notice is required to receive a credit in the form of a coupon code for a future class or event at La Scuola. We reserve the right to reschedule or cancel a class or event due to unforeseen circumstances, inclement weather or otherwise. In the event of a class or event cancellation, we will contact you directly at the phone number or email address you have provided to offer a full refund or credit to transfer to a future class or event. While we are not able to offer credit, transfers or refunds for last-minute illnesses, work-related conflicts, personal emergencies or events beyond our control, you are always welcome to send someone in your place, as we understand that these things do happen. If you are purchasing this class or event as a gift, please provide this cancellation policy to the recipient, as the policy will still apply. Credits issued for La Scuola events are redeemable ONLY for future La Scuola events and cannot be used to register for events in other parts of the marketplace or exchanged for store credit or Eataly gift cards.
