Gongfu tea is a Chinese brewing style for loose-leaf tea. In a single session, participants can experience the nuances of a tea’s taste and aroma, and how those characteristics evolve over multiple steeps. This style of tea-pouring creates a space where we can slow down and enjoy time with community.

About Amy Zhen:

Ames is a multidimensional creator and tea facilitator. She interweaves her passions in gongfu tea, movement arts, design, and writing to create spaces that heal and nurture the soul. She is the playful river, wandering between realms, flowing with curiosity and joy.
