Policies

Tickets are non-refundable, but are transferrable.

In case of event or circumstance beyond the control of the Client and the Planner, such as a war, strike, pandemic, riot, or natural disaster both parties are free from liability or obligation. We will reschedule the event at a later date, if we are unable to host the event at the date reserved

The Client shall indemnify, defend and hold harmless Profound Elegance Romance Concierge Services, its owner, its planner, its respective affiliates, and all of its respective officers, directors, partners, members, and employees from and against all demands, suits, judgments, settlements, claims, damages to persons and/ or property, fines, liens, losses, and other liabilities, including reasonable attorneys’ fees arising out of or in any way related to your event for actions of the client, party attendees, and vendors including claims for loss or damage to any property, or for death or injury to any individual.
