Valentine's Day Dance Alchemy

Come dance in commUNITY on Valentine's day to support and celebrate the biggest love of your life, YOU! You will be guided through a dance journey, be invited to write a love letter to yourself, and since this beautiful space is connected to the cutest thrift store, there will be shopping if you feel called to treat yourself!

Dance Alchemy is an ecstatic dance fusion and unique somatic healing movement modality to unleash the dancer within, express your truth and embody your full expression. We will connect to the 5 elements (Earth, Water, Fire, Air, Ether) to support us in this powerful, expansive and beautiful dance medicine journey.

Please wear comfortable clothes, bring water, a journal, and an open mind and heart!

There will be an altar with all of the elements placed on it, if you would like to bring something to place on the altar to soak up the energy, please do!

This event is donation based starting at 11$-33$.
