Join Yoga + Meditation Coach Amy Baack, RYT200/CMT200 of Mind Body Badass on Saturday September 28, 2024 for a special Couples Yoga class date night!

Come enjoy a heartwarming experience designed to deepen your connection with your partner. ?‍♂️❤️?‍♀️ This is a fun, lighthearted, and rejuvenating 60 minute class to help you learn new partner yoga stretches to do together and discover deeper bonding!

Immerse yourselves in a relaxing session of partner poses, synchronized breathwork, and guided meditation, all set to a backdrop of soothing romantic music in a supportive environment. Whether you're yoga enthusiasts or new to the practice, all are welcome—this class is designed for all levels!
