This Valentine’s Day, you are warmly invited into a gentle, magical, and deeply loving cacao ceremony devoted to the many expressions of love. This includes romantic love, self-love, friendship, spiritual love, soul partnership, and the quiet love that lives within your own heart.

Ceremonial cacao, often called the medicine of the heart, gently opens pathways of connection, presence, and truth. In this safe and welcoming space, you will be guided to honor love exactly as it is showing up for you right now, without pressure, expectation, or comparison.
This ceremony is an invitation to slow down, soften, and remember that love does not need to be earned or proven. It simply needs space to be felt.

💗 What You Will Experience
Ceremonial Cacao Ritual
We will begin by sharing ceremonial cacao, a sacred plant medicine known for gently expanding the heart and deepening emotional and energetic awareness. Cacao supports clarity, compassion, and connection, inviting you to listen to the wisdom of your own heart.
Optional Hapé Ceremony
For those who feel called, optional hapé ceremonial tobacco will be offered. This sacred snuff, used in Amazonian traditions, supports grounding, energetic clearing, and prayerful release. Hapé can quiet the mind, clear energetic blocks, and help anchor intentions into the body. Participation is always optional and guided with care and reverence.
Guided Meditation and Visualization
You will be softly guided through meditation and visualization designed to:
• Ground the body and calm the nervous system
• Open the heart with safety and gentleness
• Connect inward to your own loving awareness
• Deepen connection with a partner or strengthen connection with yourself
Sound Journey
We will close with a nourishing sound journey featuring crystal singing bowls, gongs, drums, rattles, chimes, and other therapeutic instruments. These vibrations move through the body and energy field, supporting nervous system regulation, emotional release, and integration. Sound creates a space of stillness where intentions can settle and be received.
🌿 What to Expect
This ceremony includes a blend of seated and reclined experiences. Portions of the evening will be seated for ritual, reflection, and connection, while other portions will invite you to lie down comfortably for meditation and sound healing. Mats and blankets are provided.
The experience is guided and inward, with moments of reflection and rest. Some portions may include optional partnered reflection, while others are purely personal. You are always encouraged to participate at your own pace and comfort level.

• We recommend not eating for at least 2 hours prior to the ceremony
• Bring a water bottle and any crystals or personal items you would like to charge with intention
