What's Valentine's Day?

It has different meanings for different people. Generally, a day to celebrate LOVE and relationships.

Sometimes an uncomfortable and lonely day for those who are not in a romantic partnership.

We'd like to support the celebration of all kinds of love and offer an opportunity for both singles and couples to connect more authentically, sweetly and deeply for Valentine's Day 2026 because we all need/want LOVE.

What will happen here?

FUN! Something unique and different, fun and flirty.

We'll light 100+ candles and sprinkle some rose petals, play specially selected music to influence the mood and then guide you through some connecting practices that are more about talking and touch than yoga poses. Seriously, no yoga poses here!

Did we mention it will be fun!?! 😊

A Puja is a tantric ceremony, worship; a facilitated event where we guide you through exercises (see below) designed to practice and play, see and be seen, create an authentic connection with another beautiful human.

Couples will experience the exercises of the guided journey with only their partner.

Singles will experience an exercise with another single 'practice' partner, then rotate to the next partner for the next exercise.

Who is it for? Adventurous, curious , adult SINGLES and COUPLES of all levels of experience with tantra, yoga or personal development who want to spend the evening celebrating Valentine's creating a magical connection to deeper intimacy and a spiritual path in union with themselves, others and the divine.

What to bring: Your curiosity and enthusiasm, a snack to share, a bottle of water to stay deliciously hydrated, padded mat, blankets, and pillows to create a comfy nest for sitting and lying on the floor most of the evening.

Other special items to bring will be listed in your confirmation and reminder emails.

What to wear: RED? ❤️ Dress in fabrics and styles that make you feel comfortable, glowing, and beautiful! Any colour that makes you feel like this is PERFECT!

We suggest layers allowing you to reveal that which you'd like to have adored and appreciated, according to your comfort level during those exercises involving physical touch.

FRESH BREATH is sexy!

Come freshly showered and not heavily fragranced as you'll be in close proximity to your partner(s) and some participants are allergic/sensitive.

EARLY BIRD: $50 each in advance or $100/couple

February 1, 2026: $60 each or 120/couple {if space permits.}

Evening Timeline:

6:30 PM - 6:55 PM: Arrive, set up your 'nest' (cushy padding, blankets and pillows to make yourself comfortable on the floor for extended periods of time) enjoy musical vibrations while doing a SURPRISE creative activity!

7:00 PM: Official START Time (doors locked - if an emergency prevents you from being ontime, please message cell number in your confirmation email to make arrangements prior to 6:30 pm)

Movement, grounding, agreements, opening circle and then the guided connecting/tantric practices.

10:15ish PM: Closing activities, light pot luck snack and mingle

11:00 PM: Clean up and depart venue

What's Tantra?

Tantra has different meanings for different people. :-) Tantra is a Sanskrit word meaning to weave or loom. This Valentine's Day we will weave together our joy, energies, love, playfulness, curiosity, and sensuality.

What is connection?

A feeling of meeting, seeing, being seen and knowing ourselves and others if only for a precious moment in time.

What to expect?

While every journey is unique, you can expect a combination of exercises that may include any of the following:

-movement (improvised body movements like dance/shaking/self patting)

-eye gazing

-dyads (powerful communication tool)

-physical touch (sensual or platonic, on skin/clothing or energetically above the body)

-sensory stimulation (hightening awareness of sight, smell, taste, touch, sound)

-reflective conversations

-conscious communication practice making and responding to requests

-breathwork

EVERYTHING suggested during facilitation is an invitation. You are free to modify (we will provide options) or you may opt out of any exercise. You're 100% at choice, 100% of the time.

Your Facilitator:

After a 17 year sexless marriage, Coach Lynda Switzer B.A., B Ed. 'accidentally' discovered Tantra by attending a meetup recommended by a friend. This community, practice and spiritual path became her university. She used Tantra to learn about herself through the eyes and mirror of others. She delights in sharing what she's learned. Lynda works with individuals and couples providing support on dating, mating, relating and communicating in 1-1 and group settings.

Lynda has thoroughly enjoyed co-facilitating experiential workshops on communication, intimacy and conflict management since 2017. She is immersed in practicing self-compassion and self-acceptance and is committed to Nonviolent Communication (NVC). A student and teacher of tantra for over a decade, Lynda has an appreciation for witnessing the divine in all beings, personal growth and self-expression. Her approach is collaborative and playful. You'll feel this energy because it's palpable.

Additionally, Relationship Alchemist, Coach Lynda (a former teacher) is trained in the Gottman Method of Couples Therapy and has taught individuals, couples and groups how to reinvigorate stagnant relationships, increase the quality and depth of their connection and, to prevent/manage conflict. She is a Tantra Speed Date Facilitator, certified by The Tantra Institute.

Lynda is dedicated to choosing love over fear in her own life and to teaching others how to create joyful, vibrant and juicy relationships.
