Paired with Adam’s Apple Cider / Hard Cider / 5.0% - Semi-dry, all natural, hard apple cider. No preservatives or artificial flavoring, Just fresh pressed apple juice fermented with English ale yeast

1. Petite Parapet / Grisette / 3.3% - Citrusy and crisp with subtle, peppery spice. Finishes clean and dry
2. Spirit Walker / New England Pale Lager / 5.5% -Test batch for upcoming collaboration with Zero Gravity (Burlington, VT).Soft, semi sweet malt backbone. Hop forward lager with aromas of grapefruit, peach, and chamomile. Hop flavors reminiscent of orange blossom, peach and lemon.
