Valentine Special Conscious Dating Club/London Luxury Hotel Bar Mixer

For the first time I am merging the 2 monthly events in one to celebrate LOVE!

I invite you into the opulent world that is the Luxury Hotel Bars that our capital has to offer.

We are going to the decadent for chats and drinks...the focus is on all things..."amour" !So whether you drink or are teetotal there are plenty of drink options available for you, so come along..

Whether you want to mingle to network for business opportunities, to meet new friends or even to meet someone significant/to date then go on and spoil yourself! Get dressed up, and indulge in beautiful surroundings, enjoying lush drinks and meet an array of interesting new people! I have been running these mixers for a year and previous mixers' regular and new attendees have been amazing people of all ages, walks of life etc...

WHAT HAPPEN AT THESE MIXERS:

•Please arrive on time. We will meet at the entrance for intros before proceeding to the bar(s).Be aware that once the event starts I do not check emails, comments or messages.

•Please buy drinks and mix with as many people as possible within the group. Unless stated otherwise nearer the time, there is no minimum spend per person. Drinks are paid for individually by each person. No guarantees are given that all will be sat together in one area or bar, or at a specific bar,or in the bar shown in the photo etc.. as these socials are being run as walk in events: this means first come, first serve basis and depends on capacity and availability at the venue on the day. So far, all previous venues have accommodated everyone who has turned up.(I usually advise/arrange with the hotel beforehand). In the unlikely event that the hotel cannot take the group, I will advise nearer the time as soon as I know and arrange for another venue and update.

•Dress code: smart.

•Please behave appropriately-this means abstaining from drunken behaviour or bothering hotel guests using the bar.

•The event ends at 10pm.You can stay on after that if you like, provided the venue management has not said anything to the contrary.

•Check with the hotel directly beforehand if you have any questions related to the venue and what is on offer.

HOW TO FIND US:

We will be meeting at the entrance of the hotel at 7pm.I,the host will have a "Welcome Host Plus" gold toned badge. If you are running late and/or cannot find the group please ask at the venue Reception as they will be informed about the group event and can advise where the group will be seated.

BENEFITS OF ATTENDING:

Adults of all ages welcome, as long as you come smartly dressed, buy drinks and are open to chatting to new people! As always, I, the host, will do my best to make everyone feel welcome and included. Come alone, or bring friends...

INTERESTED IN ATTENDING?

•A non-refundable booking fee of £3.75 per person is needed to RSVP. This booking fee minimally covers the cost, time and fees necessary to put these events together and is set to encourage attendees not just to RSVP but to turn up to the event. I am unable to take payment on the day. If you prefer to pay by other means other than what is offered here, please get touch.

•This is a walk in event at the venue(s), as reservations require a bigger deposit than the booking fee charged. Any extras like food, drinks etc..will need to be paid for by each attendee individually, and directly to the venue(s).

•No refunds given under any circumstance. If for unforeseen reasons it is needed to cancel or reschedule this event, a credit of fee paid will be used to attend another of my events. No refunds or credits given for late arrivals, no shows, if you change your mind ,you can no longer attend, or you don't like how the event was run. If a refund is insisted upon, please contact me and if the refund is granted and issued it will be minus associated fees.

•All attendees will need to make their own way to and from the venue(s).

•As the organiser, I will take all possible precautions to ensure that this event is run as safely as possible for all attendees. By signing up and attending any event that I organise, you agree that your safety and personal belongings are your own responsibility and I am not responsible or liable for either.

•Please be aware that events group photo(s) can be taken by me , the host or anyone attending the events to post online:if you do not want to be included in the photo(s) you have a choice not to.
