Valen-Dine on the River Walk Culinary Adventure Tour

Valen-dine on the River Walk is a Drinks & Dinner Progressive Culinary Adventure – Walking Tour - Brought to you by Rio Magazine's Food & Drink Writer, Kimberly Suta.

IMPORTANT NOTE: Unlike most of our dinner tours, which are all-inclusive, we did this one a little bit different because of the varied prices and options at Supper for our main course. The fee for this tour covers your 1st and 3rd stops, along with the tour fee. Again, dinner will be paid seperately and directly to the restaurant. This will give you free range to order whatever your heart's desire!

1st Stop: Cocktails at Elsewhere Garden Bar

Our first stop is at this fun and festive bar located along the River Walk across from the San Antonio Museum of Art. With great drinks, big benches, swings and a lush, beautiful environment.

Drinks: Choose ONE from an assortment of drinks including wine, beer and their popular Frozen Sangria, Frozen Lime and Strawberry Margarita, Frozen Mule and Frozen Espresso Martini.

Next, we take a romantic stroll along the northern reach part of the River Walk on our way to Supper, located within the stunning Hotel Emma at our city's true gem, The Historic Pearl.

2nd Stop: Main Course at Supper

For this Valentine's Day, I wanted to take our guests to somewhere truly special. Having known Chef John Brand for a while now, I entrust him to provide a truly memorable meal made with love and the highest quality ingredients, including locally-sourced veggies.

Dinner Includes: Again, please note that you are free to choose absolutely anything on the menu, but you are responsible for paying for your meal here. This is the only stop on the tour that you pay for. The other stops are pre-paid as noted above, and included in your tour fee.

3rd Stop: Dessert at Lick

After dinner, we continue our stroll through the magical Pearl as we make our way to Lick Ice Cream Shop - the perfect place for a "meet cute" if you weren't already with your favorite person! Lick Honest Ice Creams has been making seasonal and sustainable artisan ice creams since 2011 that celebrate the flavors and culture of Texas.

Ice Cream: Choose 2 scoops (2 flavors) from an assortment of flavors, such as Sheet Cake, Caramel Salt Lick, Lemon Lavender, Loopy Fruit and soooo many more!
