The Vale Coastal Races are the original trail races along the Vale of Glamorgan Coastline, now proudly in their 10th year! The Trail 10 route starts at Llantwit and joins both the 32 and 18 mile races as they pass across Llantwit beach.
From here it travels up onto the the Heritage Coast with its dramatic cliffs, amazing rock formations, romantic coves and rolling countryside.
The finish is at the beachside resort of Ogmore-by-sea with a fantastic reception from the crowds. The final 100 metres is always lined with supporters and has a wonderful party atmosphere to help you celebrate your achievement.
The race has become a firm favourite regularly selling out with over 750 runners over all 3 races. Whether you're new to trail running or an experienced runner looking for a fast training run, it's a great way to kick off spring 2025!
