Vajrasattva Purification Day Retreat

We spend all our time and energy trying to avoid problems by making changes to our external world. However, our unhappiness and difficulties are not caused by the external world. Our difficulties are the result of negative karma we have created in the past through our own harmful actions.

By relying upon Vajrasattva, the Buddha of purification, we can free ourselves from all our negative karma. As a result of our practice, our mind will become pure, obstacles to our spiritual development will be removed and our external conditions will improve.

During a retreat we reduce our normal worldly activities and concentrate for a period of time on developing spiritual qualities and peaceful minds – finding happiness from within. You are welcome to come to one day or for the full retreat. Each session consists of a short teachings, time to engage in prayers and recitation of Vajrasattva’s mantra.

Session Two: 11 am - 12pm
Session Three: 2pm - 3pm
