Mission: To foster an inclusive space that honors everyone, shared network and resources, and build unity of the Hmong community, driven by a shared movement of building a just society.
Vision: To foster a holistic space of learning and sharing that is inclusive, representative, and intentional on uplifting the multi-faceted strands of the Hmong community; including, but not limited to education, non-profit, sports, youth, elders, and more. Hmongness has never been a homogenous identity. To be Hmong, is to embrace that this indigenous identity is built upon the strength of diversity, the foundations of intergenerational knowledge, and the synergy of resilience. It is even more vital now than ever before to foster this space of togetherness now that Hmong has been in the United States for 50 years (in 2025), and no longer divided by villages, borders, nor countries.
