Please note the Upper Tier involves climbing stairs without a handrail once you are on level 2. Step free seats can be found in the front stalls and row B of balconies F and G.
Accessibility
Patrons requiring a hearing induction system or other services (BSL/Audio Description etc) should contact the venue.
Wheelchair Accessible are for wheelchair users.
Mobility Accessible, or 'Ambulant' positions, are for patrons with conditions that make it difficult to climb stairs. These seats are usually accessible with no steps, but some are reached by between 2 and 14 steps. If you wish to clarify any seating arrangement, please contact the venue.
Companion Tickets allow one free companion ticket for each accessible ticket purchased. If you need more than one essential companion or additional positions in your booking, please contact the venue.
By purchasing an accessible ticket with a companion ticket, you’ll be required to provide proof of eligibility/disability before the event. You will be contacted by Ticketmaster no later than 72 hours after your order. Failure to provide evidence may result in your tickets being cancelled.

Under 14s with an adult 18+ A max of 6 tickets per person and per household applies. Tickets in excess of 6 will be cancelled. All ticket categories use fixed tier pricing. Anyone under 14 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian (18 or over).Children under the age of 14 will be admitted free of charge by booking a free Under 14's ticket . Fixed tier pricing means the Event Organiser is selling tickets in the same category at different prices. Lower-priced tickets are released first, and when those sell out, higher-priced tickets will become available. There is no difference between these tickets. If more than one price tier is on sale at the same time, we recommend choosing the lower priced option. Please note that this is a fully standing show. Viewings are approximate and subject to change. A max of 8 tickets per person applies. Tickets in excess of 6 will be cancelled.
