* Doors open at 6:30pm, meeting starts at 7pm.
* VAGF Member Artists are encouraged to bring a piece of original art for Artist of the Month voting.
* The meeting is free for members, while guests are encouraged to donate $10 donation at the door.

TOPIC: Beyond the Individual Artist: Building Art Through Collaboration!
What happens when the artwork isn’t the final product, but the relationships, conversations, and shared inquiry that lead to it?
Join President and founder of Garage Arts Project, Renuka Rajagopalan as she explores this question through her evolving practice of thematic, collaborative programming - starting not with a finished concept, but with an open question that invites artists across disciplines to respond in their own mediums. Drawing on projects like Fragments of Us and the upcoming Home season, she’ll discuss how collaboration, experimentation, and community serve as catalysts for new artistic work and examine the curator/producer’s role in creating the conditions for creativity, risk-taking, and dialogue.
* Doors open at 6:30pm, Announcements start at 7pm, artist of the month voting and award by 8:45pm, mix/mingle until 9pm.
