Vacaville Arts Week is a celebration of our community’s diverse arts and cultural offerings. This citywide event highlights the vibrant art and culture Vacaville has to offer by planning creative arts related events, such as: art walks, exhibitions, paint nights, demonstrations, performances, workshops, and much more! Vacaville Arts Week is not an organization; rather, it is a 10-day celebration created to promote the rich arts and culture in Vacaville.
As part of Vacaville Arts Week, the Vacaville Museum will be hosting a Pre-Publication Party, featuring Author Diane Power Zimmerman . Her Book is "Nut Tree: From California Ranch to Design, Food and Hospitality Icon".
Join us Saturday, September 25th 1:30-4PM in the Museum Courtyard. Meet Diane, and hear her interesting stories about the art shows at the original Nut Tree and the impact the exposure had on the budding California Artists.
Light refreshments will be served and our gallery will be open so you can enjoy the story of the original Nut Tree, where Diane grew up.
*In effort to keep all of our Museum members and visitors safe, we strongly encourage the use of masks.
