About this Event

Welcome to the 2st Annual Virginia Beach Carnival, a cultural experience that combines the various elements of Carnival with the Seaside Atmosphere of Virginia Beach over a summer weekend in July. The annual event features One (1) stage , (5) signature events, Early Morning J’ouvert, Rep Your Flag Fete and a costumes Parade , Concert, Comedy Show. We hope to brings visitors and participants from across the globe, all who come to celebrate the West Indian Culture.
