Join us at V Wine Salon for another unforgettable experience as we host the second edition of our collaboration with our talented friend Chef Marco Dazzan!
After the success of our first event, which sold out in just five days, we’re thrilled to bring you a Christmas-inspired menu celebrating the culinary traditions of our respective Italian and French families.
On Sunday the 8th of December, Marco and Vianney are transforming beloved Italian and French classics into gastronomic creations, served in three courses beginning with a trio of beautifully crafted amuse-bouches.
Each dish brings a taste of Italian or French Christmas tradition, ready to be enjoyed with an optional wine pairing from Vianney’s carefully curated selections.
The local pairing ($45) showcases wines from friends and amazing winemakers we've met along the way, while the benchmark pairing ($79) feature wines from some of the most prestigious regions in the world. Or, explore our full bottle list as you enjoy the experience!
