This is a three night event. October 2nd, 3rd, & 4th. 6-9 pm Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday. We will be disassembling, inspecting critical maintenance points, and reassembling an S&S Cycle/HD Twin Cam Engine. Our inspection will cover various aspects, including checking for rattling rockers, examining cam chain tensioners, performing cam removal, inspecting oil pumps, and removing lifters and pushrods. We'll also delve into cylinder head removal and installation.
Our primary objective is to ensure that you feel confident about diving into your own engine maintenance. All of this work will be conducted on an engine generously donated to us by S&S Cycle, demonstrating their commitment to supporting the next generation of DIY Harley builders.
This event will span three nights, and each participant will receive a comprehensive handbook, invaluable horsepower-building insights from S&S Cycle, hands-on experience, and yes, a fair share of grease on their hands.
The pricing structure is designed for one person per engine. If you're interested in having multiple individuals collaborate on a single engine, rest assured that the cost remains the same.
