Learn to make fresh pasta from scratch and craft a delicious sauce, all while enjoying a wine pairing and beer open bar 🍷. After the class, sit down to enjoy the meal you’ve created in a warm and welcoming atmosphere.

For an extra touch, premium tickets include a Pasta Box with authentic Italian ingredients and a pasta tool.

About Chef Paolo 🧑‍🍳

Born in San Bonifacio in 1985, Chef Paolo's culinary journey began in the heart of San Bonifacio, province of Verona. His passion for cooking ignited in his uncle's pizzeria and alongside his mother in the kitchen.

Chef Paolo's culinary repertoire is deeply rooted in traditional Italian flavors, with his favorite dish being bigoli alla carbonara, prepared with the finest guanciale. In October 2021, he ventured to the United States, where he has spent nearly three years exploring and enriching the American culinary landscape.

Currently, Chef Paolo thrives at Eataly as a pasta maker and pasta teacher, a role he has held with enthusiasm for the past two years. His culinary philosophy revolves around continuous experimentation, whether crafting pasta doughs or perfecting pizza crusts, always aiming to delight and surprise with every bite.

Ticket Policy

Please be aware that if we don’t reach the minimum number of tickets sold for the class, we may need to cancel the event. In that case, we’ll gladly assist you in transferring your ticket to another class of your choice. Thank you for your understanding!

Classes are non refundable. If you can no longer make your class, you are able to modify the date/time of the booking, up to 72 hours prior to the event, or can transfer your ticket to a friend. After 72 hours, refund, exchanges or modifications are not accepted.

For the first time ever, IMPASTIAMO is hosting a Valentine’s Day Pasta-Making Tour across four major cities: Los Angeles, San Diego, San Francisco, and New York City. Each class will be taught by our amazing local chefs and feature a unique pasta shape. The paired sauces will be chosen to perfectly complement the pasta. We’re so excited and can’t wait to share this experience with you!
