The Urban Youth Racing School (UYRS) presents the UYRS Celebrity Grand Prix & STEM Family Day Sponsored by Ally. The Grand Prix introduces young, inner-city children to the world of motorsports & STEM. This year’s Grand Prix will be hosted in conjunction with NASCAR Rising Star Kyle Larson and Friends..

UYRS and its corporate partners will create a STEM MIDWAY to engage the local community throughout the day. Families and kids will be able to experience demonstrations from UYRS corporate partners and learn more about their impact on the community.

Past Honorary Drivers, Masters of Ceremony, Grand Marshalls and special guests have included; 5 Time NASCAR Champion Jeff Gordon, Dale EarnhardtJr; Daniel Saurez; Bubba Wallace, Tina Gordon (NASCAR Driver), ReggieShowers (NHRA Driver), Styles (The LOX), Rocwiller (Hip Hop Producer),NAAM Brigade (Philly Group) and Carvin Haggins (R&B Producer) and many more.

ABOUT UYRS

Founded by Anthony Martin in 1998, the Urban Youth Racing School (UYRS) is a 501 C3 nonprofit organization headquartered in Philadelphia dedicated to exposing inner city youth, ages 8-18, to STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Math) career opportunities in the motorsports industry through education, training and on track driving experience. To date, UYRS has impacted the lives of over 7,500 at risk youth and counting.
