UX+ Talks #1: UX as a Driving Force

This meetup is about the full spectrum of UX, product and the people behind it. We invite anyone who is as passionate as we are about making the world more human-centric (and who makes a living doing it).

Our first session features Claudia Sinnig, Vice President UX/UI at Clickdoc by CGM, talking about "UX as a Driving Force: Navigating the Integration of UX in Corporate Environments".

Claudia shares her lessons learned from transitioning from consultancy to a corporate setting as a Lead UX. Tasked with enhancing product user experience through internal UX coaching, mentoring, and training, she realised the importance of aligning with the company's daily operations. Successful UX often requires organizational change, creating a UX culture, integrating UX into product development, and collaborating with various departments.

Our very own Christin Herrmann will be moderating this session. After her talk, you can ask Claudia all your burning questions.

Claudia is driven by a passion for building impactful products and creating meaningful user experiences. With nearly 15 years of experience in design, research, and consulting within the UX field, she currently leads the central UX efforts at CLICKDOC. In this role, Claudia not only oversees collaboration among UX/UI designers across diverse product teams, but also focuses on elevating UX processes and fostering a culture that prioritizes user-centric design.

Christin is an experienced UX researcher with a background in psychology and statistics. At Userlutions, she accompanies teams and their products from various industries and UX maturity levels on their way to better UX. She also has a soft spot for knowledge transfer and exchange, be it through webinars, lectures or workshops.

UX+ Talks is a brand new series of meetups designed to bring together Berlin's diverse community of UX & product professionals, fostering exchange and driving human-centred change.

Each event features one or more speakers renowned for their expertise. Together, we explore topics such as increasing the business impact of UX, developing human-centric products and services, and other strategic insights to help you move the needle.

This meetup is aimed at UX & Product professionals who are at least on mid-level (ideally senior or above). There are no strict requirements, but because the on-site spots are limited, we kindly ask you to leave them to the people who would get the most out of this event. But, there's another way to join...

You can watch the talk from the comfort of your own home (make sure to grab a snack & drink) and also submit your questions for the Q&A via chat.

We may take photos of this event for social media posts and promo. If you do not want to be photographed, please let us know when you arrive at the event. We will make sure that your privacy is respected. You won't be visible in the live stream, but audible if you choose to ask a question.
