We will be doing a small meditation to get relaxed for our session. After the meditation we will rest on our yoga mats. As you lay there, I will go around to place the crystal layout on you. You simply relax there and enjoy your journey into the cosmos. When the session is done I will go around and collect the crystals. After that we will take a moment to ground everyone back to the earth.
