UWS Undergraduate Open Day 2023 - Dumfries Campus

Visit our Dumfries Campus Open Day on Wednesday 20th September 2023 (4pm–7pm).

Taking place in our brand new campus, the event will give you the opportunity to find out more about UWS study options in Dumfries in Childhood Studies, Computing Science, Adult Nursing, Mental Health Nursing and Social Work.

Take a campus tour to see our learning and teaching facilities, including simulation wards for practical nursing and health education, and meet some our students who study here, to get their perspective on student life at UWS in Dumfries.

At the Dumfries Open Day, you can also:

• Meet the welcoming staff and academics behind the Dumfries campus’ programmes; discuss your areas of subject interest with UWS staff and students
• Find out about important funding information, receive application help and admissions advice
• Discover the many opportunities to study abroad
• Find out about the options available for work placement experience
• Hear about the ground-breaking work underway at UWS in dementia care
