UPDATE: WEAR YOUR ST. PATTY'S DAY APPAREL.We are back at it again with another fundraiser tournament! I am reaching out to all of you to invite you to our Pickleball Fundraiser Tournament on Saturday, March 18th, at 5pm. This tournament will be hosted at Lake Geneva Tennis right off Highway 12. The address is 630 Veterans Pkwy, Lake Geneva, WI 53147. The best thing about this facility is they have permanently marked courts! Our last tournament ran so smoothly here that we chose to use this facility again.
We will be doing three open brackets, one for Beginner (3.0 to 3.5), Intermediate (3.5 to 4.0), and Advanced (4.0 to 4.5). You do not need to have these exact rankings, these are just the averages of the people that will be playing. The bracket sign-up link is here: https://tinyurl.com/uwwpickleballtournament031823.
Spots are limited to the first 20 teams, we fill the brackets depending on the demand of interest. The entry fee will be $40 per person which can be paid on Zelle to Ben Rasey at 414-731-1122. In the notes please put your email and “Pickleball Fundraiser”.
If your bank does not sponsor Zelle, please email us after signing up and we will coordinate payment a different way with you. The money that is raised will be used for our travel team, facility rental fees, and maintain our club equipment.
Registration closes on March 14th at 11:59pm. I hope to see you all there!
***As a collegiate club we need to be active on DUPR so scores for matches may be entered into the software, these scores matter for all collegiate players because if we do not have ranked scores, we cannot participate in regional events.***
