PLEASE READ BELOW CAREFULLY AND ADHERE TO ALL DETAILS:
• ALL TRACTORS TO BE ON SITE BY 4:45pm LATEST
• DRIVERS BRIEFING: 5:00pm
• Run starts 5.45pm
CHECKLIST FOR ALL DRIVERS:
• START/FINISH POINT: Harts Farm, Radmore Lane, Abbots Bromley. WS15 3AP
• DISPLAY YOUR ALLOCATED NUMBER FACING OUT IN YOUR CAB AT THE TOP LEFT HAND CORNER READY FOR REGISTRATION (NUMBERS ALLOCATED ON ARRIVAL
• YOU AND YOUR PASSENGER MUST WEAR HI-VIZ AT ALL TIMES
• FOLLOW ALL STEWARDS DIRECTIONS ON ARRIVAL AND DURING THE RUN
• PLEASE KEEP UP WITH THE CONVOY, BUT MAINTAIN A SAFE DISTANCE TO THE TRACTOR IN FRONT - DRIVERS MUST NOT SWAP WHO IS DRIVING AT ANY POINT DURING THE RUN
• NO SMOKING OR VAPING ON SITE (ANY BREACH OF THIS AND YOU WILL BE ASKED TO LEAVE SITE)
• PASSENGER(S) PERMITTED IF VEHICLE HAS FACTORY FITTED SEAT(S)
• NO TRAILERS/NO TOWING
• NO OVERTAKING AT ANY TIME DURING THE RUN
• IN THE EVENT OF A BREAKDOWN - PUT HAZARDS ON, PULL TO ONE SIDE AND WE WILL COME TO YOUR ASSISTANCE
• ALWAYS ALLOW BLUE LIGHTS THROUGH
PLEASE DECORATE YOUR TRACTOR/ LANDROVER WITH AS MUCH CHRISTMAS CHEER AS YOU CAN FIND AND GIVE OUR CROWDS THE BEST OF BRITISH FARMERS!

Driver licencing requirements https://www.gov.uk/driving-licence-categories
• A full driver’s licence is required
• 16 yr olds in possession of DSA tractor driving licence Full Cat F - may only drive tractors that are allowed under the Full Cat F – that is tractors less than 2.45 metres wide. This must be communicated in the participants pre-event information.
• Those over 17 yrs old driving on their provisional category F, must display L plates front & rear, and if a second seat is fitted to the tractor must be under supervision. This must be communicated in the participants pre-event information.
Insurance:
• This is not essential agricultural work. A tractor run is a recreational activity, and all participating vehicles must be insured for recreational use by the owner and for the driver.
• Road legal vehicles only may participate.
