*UTRECHT THAI YOGA MASSAGE* 3 days of biomechanics and fascias with Thierry Bienfaisant
This course is addressed to Thai Massage Practitioners and students who wish to improve their skills in their practice.
To enter in relation to the true nature of the receiver's needs, it requires a lot of practice, dedication and mindfulness.
Of course, the list is long for all the qualities required for the magic of this silent dialogue.
This 3 days practical workshop will enhance the practitioner skills, first in terms of palpation and biomechanics.
Secondly, with regards to the fascia world, supported by osteopathic concepts and techniques, leading eventually to fascia unwinding.
*The program*
We will observe interesting "challenging & classical thai massage moves" and will clarify the practitioner's posture in respect of the body limitations and to the potential benefits of the receiver.
To synchronize with the receiver’s tissues we will bring our attention to the qualities of palpation.
Our focus to the fascia world will lead eventually to fascia unwinding
