Group A – Upto 12 yrs
Group B – 13 to 18 yrs
Group C – Open Category
Rules and Regulations
1. The Entry Form should be filled properly.
2. For each category fill up the separate form & pay the separate registration fees.
3. scanned the filled up form and send: [email protected]
4. Send the screenshot or image of transaction of bank details/slip to: [email protected]
5. Participants are requested to send their one high resolution photo through above said e-mail.
6. No expenses (i.e. Cost of production of dance travelling lodging & fooding ) will be provided by PROJEXEL FOUNDATION.
7. Registration fees once paid will not be refunded / returned in any case.
8. Bring Pen drive/ Mobile phone / Memory card for the performance.
9. Performance timing will be finalized by the PROJEXEL FOUNDATION.
10. Green room will be available for readiness.
11. Winners will get opportunity to perform at Festival/ Prize distribution ceremony from 4 PM onwards.
12. Each Artist will be awarded with Certificate of Honors.
13. Performers should carry their own Identity Proof Medicine and Make-up Kit & Costumes.
14. Performance Code for presentation will be given after reporting on venue.
15. All participants must report before 01 (one) hour of their session.
16. Entry Form must be submitted not later than the entry deadline of 10th December’2022
