This selection of seldom-seen films and videos capture iconic moments from Utica’s past. Footage includes the 1932 Centennial Celebration, vintage Utica street trolleys, the grand reopening of the Boston Store, and the bittersweet farewell to Donalty and Callahan’s Saloon.WKTV NEWS Channel 2 Meteorologist Eric Gage will co-host the program, presenting historical films from WKTV’s archive and sharing insights into the digitization process. Gage, a Central New York native and SUNY Oneonta graduate, has been instrumental in unearthing and preserving these visual treasures along with WKTV anchor Ben Kinne.
