Welcome to UTC FIT! Join us for a FREE outdoor group workout class every Saturday morning, led by local fitness community instructors. We’ll mix it up with different styles and intensities, so there’s sure to be something for everyone.
This week’s UTC FIT, join us for a zumba class with Crunch Fitness. Enjoy a free dance workout with Mimi and Martha featuring music by DJ Vibez. No registration required. Participants should bring a mat, towel, water.
All UTC FIT sessions take place on The Green at UTC, across from The Vitamin Shoppe.
