Join us for UTC FIT. Every Saturday morning, we’re bringing you a FREE outdoor group workout class, led by instructors from our local fitness community. We’ll mix it up with different styles and intensities, so there’s sure to be something for everyone.
This week’s UTC FIT is with F45 bringing you a high-energy, full-body HIIT bootcamp workout for all fitness levels and abilities. Join us for a free workout featuring music by DJ Vibez.
All UTC FIT sessions take place on the Green at UTC, near The Vitamin Shoppe. No registration required. Please bring a yoga mat, towel and water.
After your workout, treat yourself to something sweet! Raining Berries will be onsite sharing samples and fun surprises.
