UTC FIT with Barre3

Join us for UTC FIT! We're bring you a FREE outdoor group workout class every Saturday morning, led by local fitness community instructors. We’ll mix it up with different styles and intensities, so there’s sure to be something for everyone.

This week’s UTC FIT is a Barre3 class led by Nikkie Roenicke. The full-body balanced workout will combine strength conditioning, and cardio. Enjoy a free class featuring music by DJ Truth and treats from The Vitamin Shoppe. No registration required. Participants should bring a mat, towel, water.

All UTC FIT sessions take place on The Green at UTC, across from The Vitamin Shoppe.
