Who Is Eligible? This class is open to U.S. citizens and legal residents aged 21 or older, with a clean criminal record, who meet Utah's eligibility requirements.

Course PRE-REQUISITE:
- Valid State ID/Drivers License
- Over 21 years old.
- No Felony Conviction
- Must be a US Citizen or Green Card Holder
- Not on Anti-Deppresant Medic*tion
Course Instructor: Dave Herman, Chief Instructor Five Elements Tactical (FBI, NYS DCJS, Utah DPS, NRA Certified)
Course Dates:
Jan 4th, Saturday 5:00 pm - 9:00 pm
Utah Certification Cost: $200,
$50 Down & balance of $150 in cash on the first day of class.
Certificate of completion will be provided after successful completion of the written test & live fire course.
Class size is Limited we will not "hold" slots in the course. All participants must complete a registration form and pay prior to being included on the training roster.

*Important Note for New Yorkers:
While New York does not recognize Utah's non-resident permit, obtaining it means you’re prepared to carry in more states. To legally carry in New York itself, you’ll still need to apply for and obtain a New York concealed carry permit. However, you don’t need your New York license to take this Utah class or apply for the Utah permit. Once approved, the Utah permit will complement your New York permit, expanding your concealed carry privileges nationwide!
