This Reiki Level 1 class Is currently an in-person class only. Reiki Level 1 teaches the history of Reiki - specifically Usui Shiki Reiki Ryoho Healing. Level 1 is self-healing and is not used on others. You will recieve the basic training, hand positions, and attunement during this class that allows you to work on yourself. You must have completed this class and have practiced for at least 6 months before scheduling Reiki Level 2.
