This training follows the traditional Usui Reiki system, offering a grounded and supportive introduction to energy work.

This Reiki I training is an intimate, fully hands-on, in-person experience designed to gently introduce you to the foundations of Reiki while building confidence through guided practice.

In this training, you will:

• Receive your first Reiki attunement in a supportive, grounded setting

• Learn traditional hand positions for self-healing and offering Reiki to others

• Explore Reiki history, guiding principles, and simple meditation practices

• Develop confidence in working with Universal life-force energy through experiential learning

No prior experience is required. Simply bring an open heart, curiosity, and a willingness to receive.
