Known traditionally as Okuden — the Inner Teachings, Second Degree Reiki introduces you to new ways of working with Reiki energy, helping you deepen your connection, strengthen your practice and trust the energy even more.
You don’t have to want to become a professional Reiki practitioner.
You may simply want to feel more connected to Reiki, increase the strength and focus of your practice and continue your own personal healing and spiritual journey.
Or perhaps you feel ready to take Reiki further and begin offering treatments professionally and charging for your Reiki.
There is no pressure and no right or wrong path — take Reiki wherever you feel called.
WHAT WE’LL EXPLORE TOGETHER
Receive TWO Usui Reiki Second Degree attunements.
Be introduced to the traditional secret and sacred Reiki Level 2 symbols and mantras, discovering their meanings and learning how to work with them respectfully within your Reiki practice.
Deepen your connection with Reiki energy and strengthen and focus your practice.
Explore Reiki for emotional and mental wellbeing.
Learn Distance Reiki and how to send Reiki beyond physical proximity.
Enjoy practical experience giving and receiving Reiki.

You’ll receive a Reiki Level 2 manual, certificate of completion and ongoing support.
WHO CAN JOIN?
This workshop is for anyone who has completed Usui Reiki Level 1, whether you trained with Raising Your Vibe or another Reiki teacher.
It’s also warmly open to anyone who has already completed Reiki Level 2 and feels called to repeat the training — perhaps to refresh your knowledge, reconnect with the teachings, receive the attunements again or simply deepen your relationship with Reiki energy.
You don’t need to have practised every day or feel experienced. Come exactly as you are.

ABOUT LYNNE
Lynne is a starseed, holistic healer, teacher and founder of Raising Your Vibe, whose work has grown from an extraordinary personal journey of survival, recovery, healing and transformation.
Her path has taken her through some of life’s most challenging experiences. She is a cancer survivor, has found lasting recovery from alcohol and substance misuse, and is a survivor of more than 20 years of violent and sexual abuse.
She has also experienced homelessness firsthand, an experience that later inspired her to set up a homeless charity and support others experiencing some of the most difficult periods of their lives.
Lynne lives with Fibromyalgia, Cancer and CPTSD and is neurodivergent, with ADHD, Dyslexia and Autism.
These experiences have given her a deeply personal understanding of trauma, neurodiversity, recovery and what it can mean to navigate a world that does not always understand or accommodate individual needs.
Rather than allowing her past to define her, Lynne has transformed her lived experiences into compassion, understanding and a deep desire to help others find their own way forward.
Her own healing journey led her to explore energy work, sound, spirituality and consciousness.
