Step into the wonderful world of Reki energy healing!Reiki Level 1 focuses on physical and self-healing. You will learn how to connect to universal life force energy, you will be able to utilize Reiki for yourself, friends, animals, food, plants, spaces and whatever else your imagination tells you.
Usui Reiki Level 1 training consists of three parts:
1) One-day workshop (theory, demonstration, practice, and discussion):
• The history of Reiki
• The Reiki Principles
• How to tune into Reiki
• Reiki meditation
• Learn to do a complete Reiki session on self and others
• Using Reiki in daily life
The workshop will begin at 10:00 and will run for about 6 hours. There will be a few short breaks during the day during which I will provide light snacks and water/tea/coffee.
2) Attunement - a sacred ceremony that will open the flow of Reiki energy and connect you to the universal life energy. The attunement ceremony will take place after Reiki training or on one of the following days. Dates will be set individually with each participant.

ABOUT MYSELF
My name is Natalia and since 2009 I have been working with Reiki as a Reiki practitioner offering individual treatments. Today as a Reiki Grand Master and teacher I have the pleasure of introducing others into this wonderful world of conscious healing. Twice a month, I host Reiki Circle meetings in Copenhagen. Through these groups' regular meetings, I encourage Reiki practitioners to develop their knowledge and skills, as well as provide a space for beginners to experience giving and receiving Reiki. In my everyday life, I am fascinated by various forms of bodywork and sound healing, and I seek to broaden my horizons at every opportunity. Forms such as Contact Improvisation, 5 Rhythms, tantra, and shamanism make a vivid background of my experience, which I love to integrate into my work. Moreover, I have been participating in Family Constellations under my Reiki teacher, Przemek Dobak, for more than 5 years, and now I organize all of his workshops in Denmark and abroad.
