It helps to reduce stress, promote deep relaxation, and restore balance within your energy system. Reiki can be used for self-healing, supporting loved ones, and enhancing your overall wellbeing.
✨ What does it mean to be attuned to Reiki?
During your training, you will receive a sacred Reiki attunement. This is a beautiful energetic process where you are opened and connected to the Reiki energy channel. Once attuned, you are able to access and work with this healing energy for life—for yourself and others.

After Level 1, you can choose to deepen your path:
Reiki Level 2 – Learn to work with others professionally and be to powerful Reiki symbols
Reiki ) – Deepen your spiritual connection and strengthen your healing abilities
Reiki Master Teacher – Step into teaching, attuning others, and sharing this incredible gift
💫 This training is perfect for beginners, empaths, and anyone drawn to healing, spirituality, or personal growth.
Spaces are limited to keep the day intimate and supportive.
Cost: £220 to include your workbooks, attunments, a light lunch and refreshments throughout the day.
