Are you ready to begin your journey with Reiki? This transformative class is taught in alignment with the original intent and timeless ideals of Dr. Mikao Usui, the founder of Reiki.
In this workshop, you’ll learn how to connect with the natural frequency of Reiki energy through simple yet powerful breathwork and meditation techniques.
You’ll be guided in beginning energy field scanning, self-healing hand positions, and practical methods for grounding and energetic protection.
Throughout the day, you’ll gain a deep understanding of the core principles of self-healing, the Reiki attunement process, and the important twenty-one-day cleanse that follows. By the end of the class, you’ll be attuned and certified as a First Degree Reiki Practitioner and receive your Reiki Level I Certificate — ready to share Reiki with yourself and begin offering healing to others.
