• The hand positions for Healing yourself
• How to release negative energy from your body known as Kenyo-Ku
• Chakra’s and their meanings
• Mantra’s and Sutra’s hand positions
• A guided meditation
•How to heal yourself and others
• You will also receive a Reiki Level 1 certificate
• A booklet to study at home to refer too.
