This 2-day Reiki Level 1 & 2 training is designed for those seeking a grounded, experience-based understanding of Reiki that goes beyond memorizing techniques or receiving a certificate. Rather than focusing on performance or mystical presentation, this class emphasizes understanding how Reiki supports regulation, presence, and response within the body through structured practice, guided application, and direct experience.Throughout the weekend, students will:

✨ Receive Reiki Level 1 & 2 attunements
✨ Practice self-Reiki and working on others
