Reiki came into my life as a gentle nudge from Spirit, and it’s been one of the most powerful tools I’ve found for calming the mind, softening the heart, and coming back to inner peace.
With years of study in theology, philosophy, spiritual direction, and energy work, I now support people like you who are ready to shift from overwhelm and overthinking into clarity, connection, and calm. As a Reiki Master and somatic guide, I lead from the heart and hold space for deep transformation with tenderness and grace.
