This training teaches therapeutic touch techniques to reduce stress, to balance energy, and to promote healing for others.The Usui/Holy Fire® III Reiki I training teaches therapeutic touch techniques to reduce stress, to balance energy, and to promote healing for self and others.
The class is a combination of lecture, discussion and experience. Practice time includes giving and receiving a complete Reiki treatment using all the hand positions, and the self -treatment.
Students will also receive their Level I Reiki placements (attunements), long with a certificate, a manual, class notes, and guided practice. No prior experience in health care or natural healing is required. The workshops are fun, very casual and beneficial to people of all ages and backgrounds.
INFO: The price of the Reiki class & attunement is $150, and includes a manual, class notes, guided practice, attunement, and certificate. No tickets will be sold at the door. All proceeds go to Healing Hands Reiki and Spiritual Development Inc. We are recognized by the IRS as a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization. Therefore, all donations are tax deductible. Please attend the next scheduled class if you are more than 15 minutes late. NO SHOES ARE ALLOWED IN THE SHALA. SHOES MUST BE PLACED IN THE SHOE AREA.

• 2:15pm-2:30pm = Introductions
• 2:30pm-3:00pm = Opening Meditation: Ocean of Holy Love Experience and Journal Writing of Meditation Experience
• 3:00pm-3:10pm = Break
• 3:10pm-3:50pm = What is Reiki and its different levels. How Reiki works and what it can heal. The History of Reiki. Different forms of Reiki. Reiki Ideals & Five Principals.
• 3:50pm-4:00pm = Break
• 4:00pm-4:30pm = The Chakras – Human Energy System
• 4:30pm-5:00pm = Benefits & Science of Reiki. Reiki in the Medical Setting & Clinical Trials.
• 5:00pm-5:30pm = Three Usui Reiki Pillars: Gassho Meditation, Reiji-Ho, and Chiryo
• 5:30pm-6:00pm = Reiki Level I Attunement/Placement. Journal Writing of Attunement/Placement
• 6:00pm-6:10pm = Break
• 6:10pm-6:40pm = Byosen Scanning. Kenyoku - dry bathing or clearing ones energy field. Jyoshin Koki-ho - breathing technique to clear heart, head, and mind. Hayashi Healing Guide: Reiki Hand Positions
• 6:40pm-7:10pm = Self Reiki treatment practice.
• 7:10pm -8:30pm = Reiki practice on others (3-4 to a group)
• 8:30pm-8:45pm = Client Release Forms. Charging Money/Barter. Code of Ethics & Standards of Practice
• 8:45pm-9:00pm = Class Survey. Certificate & Lineage Presentation. Closing Meditation
