Usui Holy Fire Reiki Level 1 & 2 Certification at Aura is a sacred, in-person training led by Stacey, designed to bring you from curious to certified in a single weekend. Holy Fire Reiki is known for its remarkable strength, clarity, and the deeply purifying quality of its energy. It works from the inside out — gently, intelligently, and powerfully — unlike any other Reiki lineage.

By the end of this weekend, you will be a certified Reiki practitioner, fully equipped to begin or expand your healing practice with confidence, integrity, and energetic grounding.

Training Schedule

Day 1 — Saturday, May 16 | 12:00–5:00 PM Usui Holy Fire Reiki Level 1 Foundations, history, and principles of Reiki. The Holy Love Experience — placing Divine Love into your heart. Traditional hand positions and self-healing techniques. Gassho Meditation, Reiji-ho, and Byosen Scanning. Reiki for yourself, others, pets, plants, crystals, and spaces. Level 1 attunement.

Day 2 — Sunday, May 17 | 12:00–5:00 PM Usui Holy Fire Reiki Level 2 Sacred Level 2 symbols and how to work with them. Distant healing methods. Advanced techniques: Koki-ho (breath healing), Kenyoku (energy cleansing), and Dr. Hayashi's Healing Guide. Intuitive Reiki for empaths and highly sensitive souls. Energy protection and sustainable healing habits. Level 2 attunement.

Snacks and water provided both days.

What You'll Learn

This training is both experiential and practical — combining lecture, discussion, and hands-on practice to ground you in the full knowledge and energetic wisdom of Reiki.

Level 1 Curriculum Introduction to Reiki and how it works, the history of Reiki, the Holy Love Experience, traditional hand positions, self-healing and healing others, Gassho Meditation, Reiji-ho, Byosen Scanning, Reiki for pets, plants, crystals, and spaces.

Level 2 Curriculum Usui Holy Fire Level 2 symbols, healing with sacred symbols, distant healing across time and space, Koki-ho (breath healing), Kenyoku (dry bathing/energy cleansing), Dr. Hayashi's Healing Guide, protecting your energy, cultivating healing habits, intuitive Reiki for empaths and highly sensitive practitioners.

Your Attunements

You will receive formal Reiki attunements on each day of training — energetic activations that open your channels, connect you to the Reiki lineage, and permanently expand your capacity to channel healing energy. These are not symbolic ceremonies. They are transmissions that stay with you.

After Your Attunement — The 21-Day Cleanse

Reiki ignites a 21-day spiritual cleanse following your attunement. You may notice emotional releases, vivid dreams, heightened sensitivity, or energetic shifts as the Reiki integrates into your system. This is normal, healthy, and part of the process.

Support yourself with hot baths, time in nature, journaling, rest, and gentle nourishment. Your healing begins the moment you receive your attunement — be gentle with yourself as it unfolds.

How to Prepare

In the days before your training: Hydrate well, eat nourishing whole foods, meditate 5–30 minutes daily, prioritize sleep, and begin each training day with a grounding breakfast. Arrive rested and open.
