USU Extension Demonstration Garden Field Day - Wasatch and Summit Counties

The goal of the USU Extension Demonstration Garden is to provide educational opportunities to community members in Wasatch and Summit Counties. Come check it out to learn about gardening topics including: drip irrigation, vegetable production, integrated pest management, cover cropping on a small scale, waterwise pollinator gardens, and our NEWEST ADDITION - a high tunnel! Depending on where we are at in the construction phase, you'll either get to see it all done or partially constructed! High tunnels are the gold standard for low (ish) cost season extension in our difficult climate along the Wasatch Back. We plan to be growing greens in it all winter long - come learn how!
