Join the San Francisco Fleet Week festivities in a complimentary leadership conference specifically tailored to the legal community in the bay area!

In an effort to strengthen its connection with the legal community, the Unites States Marine Corps is collaborating with key leaders in the community to create a networking and professional development opportunity for law student and attorneys alike. In the competitive field of law, we understand the importance of leadership and developing essential skills to make professionals more successful.

You’ll get to hear from Brigadier General David Winnacker, Commanding General of Marine Force Headquarters Group, regarding some of his leadership positions in his career, and how he relies on his Judge Advocates (military attorneys) for effective in-house counsel to drive his decisions as a commander. Followed by a leadership workshop and discussion guided by Captain Anna Dryden, the Marine Judge Advocate in direct support of the Western Region, in collaboration with Colonel Michael Wendler, Deputy Commanding General of 4th Marine Logistics Group and San Mateo County Superior Court Judge, and Morris Maya, San Mateo County Assistant District Attorney
