I’m thrilled to be hosted by Douglas S. Meyer for this intensive, hands-on, 3-day course on whole-animal utilization and butchery.
You might recognize Douglas from Alone Season 12, or know him as an author with over 30 years of experience in primitive skills.
Together, we’ll help you discover how to use every single part of the animal - from nose to tail. You'll learn detailed butchery techniques, a range of tools, and preservation methods for storing these hidden gems. Stop wasting and start utilizing!

The course will be held on the outskirts of Kannapolis. It is surrounded by a lovely forest on two sides and has two large flat lawns for camping. Parking is available on site.
