Join us for a magical evening of sound vibration used for intentional self transformation!✨️The purpose of your Own Unique Mantra is to Manifest a Mindshift which helps you Live a Better Life.✨️
This shall be an AMAZING co-creation with 3 Experienced Facilitators
🎶 What if your mantra didn’t just live in your mind — but in your body?
In this immersive and heart-centered workshop, you’ll create a personal mantra that reflects who you are becoming — and then bring it to life through melody and voice.
We’ll begin with guided reflection and journaling to uncover the words that feel true, supportive, and aligned for you in this season of life. Rather than repeating generic affirmations, you’ll craft a phrase rooted in your lived experience — one that feels steady, kind, and powerful.
Then we’ll take it a step further.
You’ll gently shape your mantra into a simple tune — no musical experience required.
By pairing your words with melody, you’ll harness the natural “earworm” effect: the brain’s tendency to replay catchy phrases and songs. Instead of a random commercial jingle looping in your mind, your own intentional words begin to circulate — subtly reinforcing supportive beliefs and reshaping subconscious patterns.
We’ll also explore vocal expression as a form of opening and clearing the throat chakra — the energy center associated with truth, communication, and authentic self-expression.
By singing our personal mantras together, you’ll experience how sound vibration can move through the body, soften inhibition, and build confidence in speaking and living your truth.
This is not about performance. It’s about resonance.
